Rebecca Craig, President  Email

Becky has more than twenty years experience in market research field operations and has been President of National Research LLC since 1999. Previously she was Director of Operations, Field Director, and Coding Supervisor for a national market research firm. Her current responsibilities include directing the supervisory personnel and maintaining client contact throughout each project. She received her degree in Education from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Lita Brown, Vice President  Email
 

Lita supervises NRs select corps of executive interviewers, maintaining the most rigorous standards in this difficult area of data collection. She also advises clients on appropriate questionnaire design, administration and interviewing techniques. Lita has extensive experience in all phases of executive interviewing including more than thirteen years with NR, and holds a degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland.

Steve has more than eight years experience with National Research, handling all aspects of the computer assisted telephone interviewing on ACS-Query XM. His undergraduate work was at the University of Wisconsin in Political Science and Journalism; he also holds a Masters degree from The Graduate School of Political Management at George Washington University.

Christina Baydaline, Data Manager  Email
 

Christina manages all coding, entry, and reporting of the survey data, and has extensive experience in using Wincross, the tabulation program, as well as SPSS. She has been involved in all aspects of the survey process in her more than six years with National Research. Christina majored in Computer Science and Math at George Mason University.

Lynn Hays, Phone Facility Director
 

Lynn supervises all aspects of the phone operation including interviewer training, productivity management, quality control and scheduling. Her extensive background includes more than fifteen years with NRLLC and five years as manager of a survey center for an internationally recognized public opinion firm.
